My practice revolves around the notion of absent presence, the idea that something or somewhere can hold onto something of its past experiences, especially within the realm of the inanimate (referring to places and objects). The rhetoric of the displaced object, the secrets told by "things" fascinate me, as does our ability to construct narrative, where perhaps there is none intended. I find intrigue in what could be described as the “space between” the concrete and the imaginary.
